Spit N Bars accepting Contestants, Rap Battles Set to Kick off March 13th at SXSW
February 13th, 2019 – Austin, TX – Spit N Bars is now accepting contestants to compete in their upcoming Rap Battle event kicking off on Wednesday, March 13th in Austin at Elysium with additional battle rounds being held at The Nook and Terminal 6. Presented by Herbcore and Dodge City, Spit N Bars is a showcase platform designed to provide a foundation for emcees who are looking to expand their brand and gain new opportunities for exposure.
Contestants will have the opportunity to compete in 3 rounds of Cyber Battles which are set to begin March 3rd. The Battle rounds will determine which contestants will be invited to compete in the final Championship on March 15th. Finalists will compete for a chance to receive a distribution deal through Empire along with winning the 2019 Spit N Bars Championship belt. Judges for the final battle include UFC Champ T.Woodley, Spice 1, Krayzie Bones, Killa Kyleon and Bushwick Bill.
There is a one-time registration fee of $75. Spit N Bars is now offering a $25 discount for sign-ups (visit the website for discount code). The registration deadline is February 28th.
