Caregiver is Awarded for her Selflessness and Generosity During the Pandemic
A Silicon Valley caregiver is being recognized for her heroism and selflessness that she had displayed to her clients throughout the pandemic. Margarita Chavez has received recognition through her employer, AmeriCARE Silicon Valley, and is the latest recipient of their caregiver award. Her coworkers share that she is a focused leader and hero in the workplace and is always the first to offer assistance to families in need.
Throughout a typical day, Ms. Chavez provides many services to her clients such as assistance with bathing, dressing, errands, and companionship. Ms. Chavez displays bravery, professionalism, and duty to her client under extreme circumstances which are just a few of the qualities that make her an exceptional caregiver.
Each quarter at AmeriCARE, all franchise owners have the opportunity to nominate outstanding caregivers from their agencies for the award. The caregivers are awarded based on the demonstrations of their dedication to their clients, ability to provide exceptional care, and commitment to their profession and agency.
